Changing links in DC++ from always defaulting to IE needs the following registry keys setting

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\http\shell\open\command

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\https\shell\open\command

To something like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --incognito %1
